I don't think you are looking at last payment dates, you are probably looking at DOLA or chargeoff dates.

Get your Experian report, NOT on line, get it snail mail.It will show the removal dates, subtact 4 years from the reoal date and you will have your SOL date,past which you have a SOL defense if you are sued.(Wash. has a 3 year SOL)

Don't worry about getting $$ from THEM on violations, count yourself lucky if you can get out of this mess without more $$ of yours down a rathole.
