Thanks for the response! Another question...why didn't they just sue along time ago - they would still sue even after sending me 50% settlement letters about every 2 months? I always figured that if they bothered to send a settlement letter, it meant they wouldn't bother with any legal activity. I don't work and with 2 kids and hubby the only wage earner (works for State of Florida - LOW LOW income), we are considered poverty level.
