Greetings, I have been threatened with court proceedings if I don't pay $700 by tomorrow at 3:00 p.m. It's for a Kung Fu Academy that my daughter went to for one month. I signed the stupid contract and am really sorry now. I feel that the company is incredibly unscrupulous and it's been pretty much a protest thing. I do have the money. I'm wondering if I do go to court and lose how bad it will be on my credit. I have perfect credit right now.
