Ive tried finding laws but without much luck, all i HAVE found is that is they garnish my wages, and I assure you, I WOULD be fired, they can take anything but fifty times the minimum wage per week!!! I would have to live on roughly 320.00 per week! I would lose my apartment and everything. Thats why i know i have to declare BK if it comes down to being sued. Just wondering why i havent been yet. Providian doesnt have my phone # or physical address, but they have my PO Box address, and they havent even sent many collection letters! The thing i am scared of is not getting a summons, and they set up a court date which i know nothing about, I WANT to go and defend myself. But still, I think BK is my only answer.
