I did not know about your other debts.

In general, a creditor will only file suit if there is an indication that there is a way to collect on a judgment.

If your credit report shows that they would have no chance of getting their $$, you are apparently judgment proof, with no wages, nothing in your own name that could be considered a non exempt asset, and in Fl. with complete homestead exemption,you should have no problem avoiding a judgment on this account also.
