LadynRed, Thanks for the quick response ! I was just wondering if there was a set limit on how long the court would wait before dismissing the lawsuit ? Or do I have to request a dismissal ? Also, I gave notice of appearance to both court and attorney. Can attorney go for summary judgement without letting me know even if he has notice of appearance ? Thank you
