This company is #6 in a list of 7 companies owned by Bill Burr, aka William S Burr, aka Bill S Burr, aka William Burr, who lives near Worcester, MA, according to MA state records.

He starts these scavengers, does not validate, never accepts certified, registered, overnight, or Fed Ex mail, and uses multiple companies to do the work.

One company, Desert Capital Management, a dissolved AZ company files inquiries, Red Rock Capital Investments, another dissolved AZ company files trade lines, and Masscap Investments (also no more), or Pilgrim Capital Management, or Pilgrim Financial LLC or Baxter Holdings Group (all these last 3 are MA companies) now do the collection.

When the heat gets to be too great, he simply stops using them, and has another company in the wings ready to start again. I have no doubt that Pilgrim Capital will die shortly, replaced by these other two.

It is like nailing jello to the wall.

We have gone to the MA Attorney General, (hear that Pilgrim?), and are looking for others in the same plight with these companies.
