I don't disagree, differing views are needed, and welcome. However, spreading MISINFORMATION is NOT acceptable if a CA troll shows up here and starts spreading misinformation, then we're going to pounce on them. The tenor of most of these 'visitors' posts are insults and disruptive in nature. CA reps participate in other forums I visit without using the 'deadbeat' and spouting the brainwashed rancor that is so typical of the majority of these people.

Most of us have enough crap to deal with with these same jokers harrassing us on the phone, we don't need to tolerate the same here when all they're doing is spreading lies, misinformation, and vitriol. They're like an oozing sore that you want to treat, cover up, and get rid of as soon as possible !!

The industry profile for CA's is all too telling. The turnover rate is horrendous. They usually have their own spate of bad debts and bankruptcies, they typically only have a high school education, so don't. Some states require a CA to have a minimum HS education (like mine) or they cannot work or be licensed here. I had a friend who worked for a CA. I know what kind of training they get, how they're typically indoctrinated (ie. brainwashed) and what the usual mindset is of the businesses. My friend quit because the INTERNAL crap she had to deal with was literally endangering her health - and this woman spent 20 years as an RN, so she was way, way above the curve on education, age, and experience. She spent weeks in training on the laws - then was pressured to break them at every turn when she was finally put on the phones.

If they want to truly contribute here, then they need to stop spouting garbage, learn the laws as they are written and meant to be obeyed, and NOT come here with their sanctimonius tripe !
