If this was a credit card, it has a 4 year SOL in Tx. stsrting from your first "missed" or past due payment, NOT from the chargeoff date.(the chargeoff date is usually 4-6 months AFTER the first date of delinquency) If you are past SOL,send the CA the SOL letter from my website.
