Cambece aka Attorney James Cambece is a collection agency lawyer. That is, he lends his name to a boiler room full of collectors so that they can “threaten” you with legal action that they have no ability or intention to take. They work on commission for what they collect for CACV which is Collect America, a scavenger debt agency that often buys fresh charge offs from prime cards such as MBNA.
