there is a hit on my acct from this CA on CR,it says. opened in1/01/99 and reported on 9/01/03. it is past sol and i want to send them a SOL letter before i dispute it with CRA. they are harassing me with phone calls saying i need to pay this amt. i know my rights, but it is very unnerving. on TU it shows 2 adresses for cavlry i don't know which address i should send it to. could you help me? thanks Capitalmgmt also called me saying they were trying to collect for Calvery but they are not showing up on my CR. what do you think is going on?
