You need to dispute the reported entries with the CRA,that is where you get the address of the reporting CA from.Make sure you dispute things as "not mine, no such account for this date" If you have 2 CAs reporting, dispute them a duplicate entries.

If they are calling you, just say "please wait while I turn on my recorder, speak clearly and give your full name and the name of your company and address".

If they are writing you, use the address on what they send you to send the SOL letter.
