the SOL stuff I found says that WA SOL is 3 years for an oral contract and 6 years for a written contract - a credit card is considered an open account which is a 3 year SOL, and installment accounts is a written contract and SOL is 6 years. what is a collection account on a credit card considered to be? oral or written or open???? It wasn't clear on this! Big difference between 3 & 6 years. If its 3 years for collections every creditor is S-O-L and I don't mean "statute of limitations!!!!!"
