The Collection Agency would have to be NON REGISTERED!

I must also add that the Collection agency must not be registered in Florida for the Financial Services to send letter. If they are in compliance and registered than NO LETTER and then CA can continue to collect. THE KEY POINT IS TO CONTACT FINACIAL SERVICES TO SEE IF COLLECTION AGENY IS INDEED REGISTERED.
