Don't worry about that. The judge won't care either. Your case is with a CA. All you have to do is prove to the judge that they are illegal in Florida. I turned around and sued the CA for FDCPA violations after I won my case. In fact, we had our first hearing today. Go back for trial in November. I'm ready and anxious.
Prove your your points with hard copies. Don't worry about other cases!!
