HELP ME!! PROBLEMS W/ HOUSEHOLD BANK

Hello, I am 22 yrs old, single mother , and like alot of people I lost my job for three months and eventually got myself into credit card debt.
With one of my credit cards ,the debt consolidation place i was with said the min payment I could pay with household bank was 20 dollars a mth which is all I could afford.
Household bank said they would not work with the debt consolidation company. It was like my 20 dollars was going no where . My intrest rate on this household card is 19% apr and on top of that they charge late fees being the debt consolidation place sends my payments out at a certain time.
THE ONLY way Household bank said they would stop charging these fees was if i either paid 258 dollars NOW and then pay 100.00 a mth intill paid off OR they will cut off 200.00 of my balance if I paid my payment in full at that time.
I can not afford either..Each month my bill goes hire and hire..What can I do???
I know this is wrong , but IF I just NOT pay it..What can they do?? What are my options?help!
