yep I heard they did. Their owners are screwed unless the FTC drops the ball. I talked to one of the investigators in charge and this person said they are considering criminal charges. With sussman's past criminal record he would be a prime target for prison. The funny thing is there is a court order banning them from distributing their assets but they are ignoring it. They were also told in WV to return all money but they refuse to and now have a court date coming up for contempt of court.
