just checking to see if anyone has run into the same
issue before. my capital one account is over the limit i have been assesed late fees and over the limit fees etc.....well i had a 30 day late as of 8/03 well when my sep payment was due on sep 17 i made a payment on the sep 18 a day after it was due ..
well the the payment i sent was below the mininum(sp)
due well guess what cap 1 did they stuck me with another late now i am 60 day late..... can anyone explain that to me... i know it was below the mininum but i didnt think i would be reported late to the bureaus.... can anyone offer any advice please i have an email address if requested
