If that charge-off date of 2/2001 is correct, the the SOL began running 6 months BEFORE that, approximately 8/2000. If you're in a 3-year SOL state, then the SOL ran out a few weeks ago.

They have failed to provide full validation. Two lousy old statements are nowhere NEAR enough to prove the amount they allege you owe, and that is what is required, a full accounting of the alleged balance due.
