Dear SonnyD:

As others far wiser than I have stated the lawyer isn't your friend, he's lying about 'fancy laws' in hope you'll give up when he's the one working a good con and could get his big fat dumpy derriere stuck in a wringer washer if he's not careful.
Watch the Motion for Summary, as you've been advised it's the enemy lawyer's attempt to derail judicial process. He has to notify you and you surely will object.
When one of these wannabe-lawyer scumbags tells you as he has remember this:
If a collection lawyer or one of his string-pullers from the collection agency tells you the earth is round - run! Run to the nearest chapter of the International Flat Earth Society and pay any amount of dues to join them. It's money well invested as compared with giving a penny or lending any credence to the statements of these cesspool gherkins.
And watch out for Judge Cracker, Florida enjoys a dubious distinction of experimental killing fields courtesy of judges who through ignorance or complicity rule illegally for enemy collection criminal lawyers.
Remember they can't make their case without your help.

Helpfully,

Keyser Soze
