welcome to the reason nobody should use this crap agencies- scam city. What state are they in? Their best bet is to get hold of a NACA attorney and immediately file a suit, get ahold of the AG in their state, and call their district attorney and/or fbi to file criminal charges for theft, fraud, ect. IF they wait too long the criminals will slip out the back door and flee.
