SOL starts when you first went delinquent and never again got the account caught up. That is most often 180 days BEFORE the charge-off. So, if the charge-off is when you say it was, then the SOL started much earlier as I stated before. Unless something turns up differently on your CR, I'd say you're out of the woods and can tell them all to take a long walk off a short pier !!

WhyChat has a Notification of SOL letter on his site which is the one you want to use once you're sure of the C/O dates.
