SOL Question in PA

Hello Everyone, I've been on here before, & most of you know my story. My wife has a charged off account from Providian Bank which alledgely was sold the Commonwealth Financial. Anyways, i looked on Experian's reports & they don't even have a credit record for her. I do have Equifax, they say the date of last activity is November 2000, under it says Description, Charged OFF Account, closed by credit grantor. My question is, shall i take 180 days from 11/2000 which would be May of 2000 as the deliquent date which would put it past the 3 years SOL in the State of Pennsylvania? Also Trans-Union has a different story, they say Date Closed June 2001, & that is the report that has the Scum Bag CA on it. Why such a discrepency between the 2 CRA's? Anyways it's looks as if with both the SOL is shortly approaching? I'm threatened everyday with a pending lawsuit, shall i wait to send Whychat's SOL letter, or send it now? Thanks Joe from PA
