Why Chat or any body else if you have any suggestions,
if there was a default judgment and later on discovered the CC account was SOL.

A CA lawfirm (widely discussed on cardreport) obtained the default judgment. I contacted the law firm to inform them the account was SOL. The attorney informed me the CC was not open contract, but a written contract.

I was prepared and cited opinions that a CC is open contract. At that point the attorney strongly suggested that I just pay and not tell anybody about the SOL judgment as "he knew a lot of people in the courthouse."

Your website under the T&L did not exactly state, unless I missed it, that CC accounts are opened ended.

Is there anything where it exactly states that cc accounts are open end and not written contracts.

By the way, after the phone call, the CA law firm, made a hard inquiry to my credit report.

Also, what do you think about filing a complaint against the attorney and CA law firm. If I do, I really would like citations where it is crystal clear that a CC is open end contract and not written contract.
