My two shillings' advice is to go straight to the US Attorney and tell all. From there as have others mentioned hit the FTC, State AG, and file suit with NACA lawyer. US Attorney did after all just bust a couple of jerkXXX's from the collection agencies as recently published here and many times these scumbags are all intermarried Aunt Mom's and Uncle Dad's if you get my drift. They could well be just funnelling money to collection agencies while laundering dope proceeds among other thangs. Get these swine.
Make all the legal trouble you can.
