Did you answer when the suit was filed? Did you appear at Court?
How long ago was this judgment entered?

I don't understand what you are trying to do at this point, get the CA lawyer to vacate a judgment because you are bringing up an affirmative answer you should have filed when you were first served?

If it was not too long ago, you MAY be able to get the judgment vacated.
