They (NCO Financial) have made a myraid of phone calls to our home and cell phones. They sound very nice until you actually talk to one of them. The one I have spoken to doesn't want to hear anything I have to say and when I tried to speak and threatened me. Then when I defended myself, he asked if that was the way I would speak to the judge in court because that is where I was going. I asked if that was a threat and he said no it was a guarantee that I was being sued and hung up on me. I decided then to get on line and check this so called institute out. I am sorry, yet relieved, to see how I am not the only one that does not agree or appreciate the way they try to handle their business. I have decided not to speak to them again. The thing about it is, the account they are trying to collect for, we have turned over to a credit counseling agency. I did all my verification checks to be sure they(the counseling agency we signed up with) could handle our accounts and they could. However, NCO says their clients don't deal with counseling agencies. After reading several other posts regarding NCO, I don't believe anything they tell me. Krista
