Cambece and MBNA

Hello again,
UPS deliveded a certified letter to me form Cambece about my MBNA account. I've never heard of a letter being delived from UPS. I always thought it would come in regular mail or maybe fed ex. It's saying I need to call them and make payment arrangements asap. I haven't called them yet. Don't know what to do. Anyone else had UPS deliver a letter from them? Thanks!
