"immediate prosecution" ??? FOR WHAT ?? You cannot procescute a CA for returning an account to the owner who then reassigns to another CA !! That would be considered restraint of trade and you just cannot do it. A threat like that is likely to do 2 things; 1- get you laughed at for total lack of grounds for prosecution; and 2 - get you SUED !

You can safely include the following to your letter though:

"Notice to agent is notice to principal
notice to principal is notice to all assigns."
