I have this on my credit report also. I can identify it as my Home Depot delayed billing account. The terms were pay the balance of within 12 months with no interest. If it is hosted by Citibank as other post have suggested I do not know. The address we have is: CBUSA, PO Box 9714, Gray, TN 37615 Hope this helps.
