Creditors Interchange for MBNA

I was an authorized user on my parent's MBNA account which has been in default for about two years now. Creditors Interchange contacted me recently saying I was responsible for the debt, even though I was not a co-signer on the account. They had a wealth of information about me and my credit history which I found out was obtained by checking my credit report.

A few questions:
*Would I be responsible for payment on this account (I was a minor and had no income the last time any charges were made to the account)?
*If there were to be a judgement or suit for this, could I be named? The account is in Louisiana, so SOL is 3 years and last payment was made about two years ago.
*Is it a violation of any laws (Fair Credit Reporting Act, specifically) for CI to have pulled my credit report without my request?

Thanks for any advice you can give on this.
