CCCS and SOL question AGAIN!!

Sorry to ask this question since it probably has been answered somewhere on this board but I've got Sherman Aquisitions on my a** ( NCO & Capital Mgmt ) and I need to know .. Does the fact that we used Genus Credit Management from 11/99 - 10/01 reset the SOL and DOLA ??
