Reporting after dispute

Debt is almost to sol (3 more months)
Collector sent settlement offer August 7 2003
They got dispute august 21
They sent computer screen printout august 22
I sent 2nd validation september 25 (am)
I received more "vaildation" september 25 (pm) but still not enough...
Today I see they listed as disputed with all CRAs - not listed at ALL before septber 21st.

Can they list after dispute???
