You need to get a lawyer. You could possibly wind up losing on a technicality or procedure that was not followed correctly. Go to www.naca.net - sort by city..read all the listings...the lawyers list their personal areas of expertise. Most will talk to you on the phone without charge...Assemble your information so you have it in front of you when you call. Not sure - but it sounds as though you should be able to recoup the lawyer's fees after this is settled.
