Yesterday I received a letter from a collectiona gency CAMCOwith my maiden name on it. I called to let them know I haven't had any debti in my maiden name for 13 years. He tells me that the last payment on this account was 10-00. If I am correct, this debt should have been charged off 3 years ago and the SOL has passed? I also swear that I paid all my debts and had a clear credit report when I purchased my home in 1997. How do I find out this information since it has been so long ago?
