I can't believe they waited this long to pursue me, the problem is what if they don't screw up? It will be 10 yrs in oct of 2004 and i dout if i could hold them off untill then. I'm willing to negociate with them to get this off my back. Any suggestions as how much to offer? and what they might take? Original amount is 4 grand but with interest its 7 grand. I don't want my bank acct frozen and if i answer the questions from the information subpoena correctly, they will have the info they need to do that. It seems that my best bet would be to settle.
