So I am really wondering when this do not call list was banned in New York. Do you have dates for this.

As far as I know you can still register, but they will send it to the fTC instead.

Even if the courts do rule that it is unconstitutional.. The lists themselves are not unconstitutional, only the FTC does not have the power to enforce it. Congress however is remedying that really quickly, but the do not call list even if it gets outlawed at the federal level because of jurisdictional issues will still be valid in New York because the AG was empowered by New York legislative congress to oversee it.

So no dice there. New Yorkers, do not call list is still valid here.
