No it isn't all settled and done and indeed as others have mentioned these fraudulent punks might just end up owing you before this hash is settled. Be sure to file complaints with the FTC and the FL State Div. of Banking.
Depending upon where in FL you are located I know of a lawyer as well who might prove helpful.
All is not lost. Cheats, cheapshot artists, backstabbers always win first battle only to lose all in the end.
