Oh, these pukebags called your home and spoke about your private matters with a minor? FTC complaint time, another violation. Was your child upset by this crossing of your boundaries? Perhaps telling your doctor of your distress and that of the minor might prove helpful in future days of battle. Doctors still trump 'collections professionals' when it comes to credibility.
