And then you when you get ARRESTED for the crime of FILE SEGREGATION, you can stop worrying about your bank account altogether !! Using and EIN number when you are NOT an employer is ILLEGAL. The trick you are touting here is FILE SEGREGATION - and it can get you jail time !!
