CRS - Unbelievable Situation

I wrote a couple of weeks ago about CRS calling and hounding me about a $13,000 debt from World Omni in Aug of 2000. The lease vehicle that I returned, I owed this amount in mileage. Because of my hubbys loss of job, I couldn't pay it and it was listed as a bad debt. Well, this woman Casey Leigh with CRS won't tell me the full name of her company nor will she give me her addresss I can send her a cease and desist letter. She calls all the time, then hangs up on me after using all kinds of threats. Now she is calling people all over the country telling them that they are an agent of ours and that they will have to pay the $13,000 owed. Casey has called a lady in Nashville TN, and a school teacher in Wakulla County, FL. Both of these women called me very upset stating that Casey had called them and told them they were an agent of ours. This is Wild! it is totally crazy and I don't know what to do about the harassment. I called Casey leigh telling her she is totally out of line and I was going to report her, have her arrested, then I cussed her out. Someone please help me to know what to do about this crazed idiot calling people I don't even know. Hellllllppp please
