One Rufus H. "Bud" "The Dean of Bad Debt" Reitzel, founder of AssXXXX Acceptic Craporation commented upon the demise of Sr. Bartmann stating that clearly failure to perform due dilligence was at fault. Credit must be meted out where due. Mr. Reitzel is a chemist by degree, honorable military discharge. Founded his company and was working the boiler room phone banks whilst young Bartmann was gang-baiting and gyrating to the latest hits of the Cleftones, perhaps even the great Delectus "Dee" Clark of 'Raindrops' fame. Surely Reitzel the Elder knows full and well due dilligence deficiency was the public excuse, the twisted essence of the 'industry' being the true culprit compounded by tried-'n-failed Silverado biz model. Or can Rufus the Elder not see the statuary for the stones? Broodingly, Keyser Soze "I'm telling you it's Keyser Soze!" - Arturo Marquez, 'big time rat', "The Usual Suspects", c. 1995
