Apparently another mindless moment for me. Well, I sent out the SOL letter, but I referred to the second statute I listed in my previous message. I think it might be the statute of limitations for oral contracts, instead of the one for open accounts. The one you list "bank deposits and collections" should of been the statute I referred? If so, do I need to send out another SOL referring to the correct statute?
