A credit repair place will NOT fix a judgement...they can't! Sears is ruthless and will get their money from you. I had a judgement against me from Sears and I worked with the law office on PAYMENTS! Ask if you can send $150 a month....if you are trying to pay it they have to work with you. It took me 1 12/ years to pay mine off but I did it. Ask if you can make payments.
