When you get the witch Casey recorded and committing violations left and right, file a lawsuit with small claims court listing the OC (who hired the bastards), the collection agency, and the collection agent, dear Casey. More than likely the OC and the collection agency will settle and if they do, remove their names from the small claims court, but still keep the lawsuit on Casey and don't settle. Play your tape for the judge, get a judgment, record it with the court clerk, get a collection agency with powers to report judgments and bad debts on consumers reports and then turn the collection account against Casey over them. Enter the judgment into her venue, follow her around and try to get a sheriff to garnish her wages. I have a feeling that after that, she will think twice about pulling some stunts like that on a consumer.
