Wow, I am so relieved. I have just spent an hour screaming on the phone with these maggots, who insulted my mother. I cannot believe that these people manage to bilk innocent people out of money, but i have just reported them to the MA & NJ Bar Associations, and to my local attorney general's office. They had better beware. They are the scum of the earth, and Jose, the floor manager, leads them all in their fight to rip off the American public. But we'll get them.
