You owed 12,000.. they sold it for 6,000.. that leaves a deficiency of 6,000 PLUS repo fees, auction fees, and all kinds of other fees assciated with the repo and sale. Its legal and you owe it. Telling you they're 'investigating your assets' is a scare tactic.
