My wife and I recently got divorced, she had the card from MBNA and it had approximately 10K owed on it, a series of events had us witha credit consolidation company, (TDS), they were "supposedly" negotiating with our creditors to make payments. Long story short, our MBNA ended up in the hands of (Yours Truly) W & A. Not they say we owe 14.7K.
I want to get the monkey off my back now and would like to pay the least amout as possible to them.
Any idea How I can approch these rapists and offer an amount to them and how much do you think they will accept?

ANy help would be greatly appreciated.
