Went to court today to defend a suit against a ccc.
Plaintiff never showed up. Judge dismissed the case and then said, that if they want to, they can sue again, to which I replied, can they really drive you crazy like that with lawsuits and just not show up. He thought about it for a second and then said, ok, I'll enter a $0 judgement, so the only way they can get to you again is on appeal.
My question is, can I dispute this debt with a CB on a basis of dissmisal?
