Call your local Court, or have your attorney check to see if a default judgment was entered against you, if not, have your attorney or yourself if you wish file a compaint with the FTC, the AG's Office, the BBB and the State Bar, send them a validation/dispute/cease and desist letter.

Find out who the lawyer was who filed the class action suit and contact them.
